A Great Buy June 19, 2008 Mark P. Streitz 2 out of 5 found this review helpful
This is my family's first HDTV. It is simple to set up. The controler for this television is simple to use and easy to program with other devices hooked up to the television such as satalite recievers, dvd, and vcr players. The picture quality is amazing, but anything is better than our old television with lines running down the screen. It is also a great buy for the price too.
Beautiful and inexpensive June 4, 2008 T. Brian Hartley 2 out of 6 found this review helpful
For the money, I think it would be very hard to beat this TV. It's as clear as any other I've seen in the stores, and it doesn't jitter!!!! I really like this TV. I don't love it, I think that's a bit much to say about any electronic device, but I REALLY like it! :)
Beautiful picture May 14, 2008 Stephen Griffin 8 out of 15 found this review helpful
This is my first HDTV as I had my previous analog 27 inch tube for over 10 years. I was surprised to learn that all TVs seemed to have pixalation up close, even on the HD channels. But who watches TV 6 inches away? I took a star away as it seems the sound at times needs some boost and I have to turn on my stereo. Overall I am very pleased with the picture but I probably would say that about anything I bought as it is so much bigger and nicer than what I previously was watching. I am also not sure if the 120Hz is necessary at this point but from what I read, if you can afford, it might not be a bad thing to get as it should be useful in the future.
