Good sturdy shelves August 31, 2010 Joseph Boese Big and sturdy enough for my AV Receiver/Cable box/Xbox 360 and Blu-Ray player. Only issue was that the included wood screws strip too easily. Bought some much better wood screws at Home Depot to replace them.
GOOD QUALITY,BAD CORD MANAGEMENT August 24, 2010 volpster31 This is a very nice component rack for the money. installation was easy(even with the bad instructions)and it looks great.the glass shelves easily fit my dvd player and huge h.d cable box. the one complaint i have is the cover for the cable management.i have 5 components ran thru the management system(4 hdmi cables ans power cords) with no problems, but the cover has no holes to run the cable thru for each shelf. i had no problems snapping the cover on like other people have said, but i had to cut the cover to size. i used a mitre saw to cut the cover so there was a small gap for the cables running TO THE COMPONENTS. instead of one long cover i ended up with 3 smaller ones..its looks great with the mod i did,but this should not have been necesary if it was desgned right..i give it 4 stars because of this otherwise it would get 5 stars . this is a really nice, quality rack and i DO recommend it
MY FIRST CABLE MANAGEMENT COMPONENT August 21, 2010 IAN COUTTS (MIAMI, FLORIDA) ON THE RECOMMENDATION OF MY SON WE BOUGHT 3 OF THESE FOR AFFIXING BELOW THE TV'S IN OUR NEW HOME. BESIDES BEING PLEASING & MODERNISTIC IN APPEARANCE, THEY WERE VERY FUNCTIONAL IN MANAGING/CONCEALING THE CABLES FROM THE VARIOUS BOXES. SO FAR, MANY OF OUR VISITORS HAVE COMMENDED US ON THE MODERN APPEARANCE OF OUR T/V'S.
Good buy August 1, 2010 vue_k this works good. holds your reciever, cable box, and other things nicely with a style. good buy, fast shipping, and no hastle.
Shelves July 22, 2010 Troy Woolridge (Seattle) These shelves are very nice. There is a small problem though. The shelves lean down, and are not level. Waiting for new brackets to give that a try. They do free up floor space. If the new shelf brackets don't help level the shelves, I'll just shim them up w/some 1/2" rubber spacers or something.
