"Which formats may I play on Axion AXN6079 7-Inch Twin Monitor Portable DVD System?"
First email answer:"This unit will play most formats." Signed by Reginald K. Johnson.
Asked again:"Will you be so kind to tell me exactly which formats does it play? There are more than 30 video formats...
Textual Answer:"All excerpt VCD's." Signed by Reginald K. Johnson
Third email: Are u sure you want to work in customer service? I'm planning not to buy the equipment due to your help.
2 weeks and still no answer...

Ours didn't work January 11, 2008

I ordered this for my grandparents for christmas and it didn't work. They said it played the DVD for about 3 seconds and then it wouldn't work anymore. I returned it to Target for a refund without any hassle.
