Waited a year to purchase and received a great indoctrination from the customer support on the day it arrived. UNFORTUNATELY, the second time I attempted to view a DVD, the darn DVD door would not open under any circumstances. Since this was more than a month since purchase, I made contact with Viore' expecting the same treatment and was told that most customers were complaining of the same issue and was given a claim number and told to fax the receipt to them for review. Never heard from them again. Disputed the charge, my credit card has credited me back and nary another word from Viore' to this day. Looks cute sitting NON OP on my desk, anyway. : )

I was looking for a smaller TV for my desk and despite some poor reviews on this one, I took a chance based on the good reviews. At the time there were more positive than negative and the TV was in the price range for what I wanted to spend. BIG mistake! I never could get it to program more than 2 channels with it hooked up to our digital TV service. The DVD playback quality was fantastic, but the DVD player itself is very cheaply made and the door hung up from day one. It appeared to be mis-aligned and was difficult to not only open, but also close. I had to force it closed and then force it open. I ended up returning this TV for a refund. I would not recommend it to anyone. Major disappointment.

This is perfect for my needs! I have limited space in my room, so my treadmill has to face the wall. As much as I like my walls, they are not very entertaining during my cardio workouts. This little gut makes the time fly by. It's lightweight and sits on a shelf just a few feet in front of me. I use the DVD player mostly, so I can't comment on the TV part. I also like the other A/V connections. I was showing pictures to someone the other day, and used the SD card reader instead of having them squint at my iPod screen or getting out the cables and hooking it up to my other tv. I'm very pleased.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas. We are planning a short vacation so I just now took it out of the box to set it up. I hooked it up to my cable, changed the settings according to the user's guide and cannot get a signal. Tried it with the portable TV antenna, changed the settings according to the user's guide and still no signal. So I thought at least we will be able to use the DVD. The tray will not open...not with the button and not with the "no power" slot on the side. I put the battery in the remote to check it out and it didn't work!! Thought maybe it was the battery so I bought another one. Nope, it's not the battery, it just does not work.
Unfortunately I did not find out that this was an absolutely worthless product within the Amazon return window so now I have a very expensive paperweight. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS!!!

I am very pleased overall with this TV/DVD combo. Picture/sound quality/volume is good. Haven't used DVD feature yet. Bought primarily for RV in summer and use in bathroom in winter. It automatically programs the TV stations, although it doesn't program all of them and you generally need to reprogram every time you move the TV; and when you move it back to same location and reprogram, sometimes the same channels don't get automatically saved. On the tiny remote, I wish manufactures would make the Channel and Volume buttons bigger or more identifiable; with all the tiny buttons you have to look hard for the channel/volume buttons (most used) which are the same size mixed in with all the other remote buttons. Previously I had purchased a Supersonic 7" TV/DVD combo; after a few months the picture faded to where you could barely make out the picture so I returned it; the 10" Viore TV combo is a much better TV.
